Gregor meinte, man solle, nach dem der City Loop uns über Oberursel dorthin geführt hatte, den Feldberg nun auch mal von hinten befahren.

Das hätte seinen Reiz, ausserdem kenne er sich aus, schließlich sei das sein Trainingsgebiet. Ausserdem wollten wir auch mal auf den Gipfel und nicht nur dran vorbei fahren.

Gesagt getan, trotz schlechter Wetterprognose trafen wir uns bei Gregor - und tranken erst mal Kaffee und schauten in den Nieselregen, da die Bahnanreisenden, Edmund und Thomas, natürlich mit Verspätung eintrafen. Zum Glück, denn als wir dann tatsächlich starteten (Peter äusserst pessimistisch in voller Regenmontur), war es angenehm trocken und hielt sich auch bis zum Feldberg.
Oben beeilten wir uns mit dem obligatorischen Erinnerungsfoto, der Wind pfiff äussert unahngenehm und die 13°C fühlten sich viel kälter an.
Hinter Oberems hatte ich eine Platten, leider war mein Ersatzschlauch zu kurzventilig, mir wurde aber dankenswerterweise ausgeholfen. Die Steffen Wesemann-Minipumpe kam nun endlich mal zum Einsatz. (Ursache des Defekts war ein verrutschtes Felgenband, so dass die Speichenlöcher offenlagen. Das blaue Schwalbeband ist wahrscheinlich superleicht, jedenfalls aber superdünn.)
